Psycho a greedy bastard?

well im writeing this post becuase im having my doubts with working with Psycho, it seems he may be about to rip me off and if he does it will become my sole mission to ruin his reputation on newgrounds.

recently we produced the game smiley bounce i did all the graphics, psycho did all the codeing , he requests a 60/40 split with 60 percent going to him 40 pecent to me,
and this is when we were going to have moochiads in the game with all the profits of that going to him.

im ok with that cuase the graphics didnt take that long and there were not many animations but still graphics.

okay so after we were done the game and found a sponser i asked him whats was going on, he said that they would be mailing a check instead of paying by paypal.

i said ok so where should i send my adress?

he said they were mailing all the money to him, and that once he got the money he would send my share to his paypal account and transfer it to me.

he then immeditly said he had to go

this is when bells started going off

"wouldnt it be easier for me just to send my information? suely there could be another alturnative"

i now fear hes just going to take the money and keep it to himself.

anyways this is where im at at this point , im warning artists not to work with Psycho untill further notice.

yes it does suck, i was hopeing to get a new tablet before march break but i dont see that becoming a reality now :(

First off, we had originally planned it to be 50/50 with MochiAds, but now as those aren't gonna be in it, it was made 55/45 - The higher 55 going to me.

I've tried to convince UGO to send it via PayPal, hell, contact them yourself if you want, it might actually convince them more to use PayPal if you make them worry about accidentally ruining my reputation as a developer becuase of their inconveniance.

I offered to have the check sent to me as it would be easier for me to then share the money, plus you'd have to write an extra invoice and all that shit. Also, I had to go then because, as you know perfectly well, your "morning" logging-on time, is usually my "30 seconds to reply to any important emails before I go to bed at midnight when everyone is sleeping" logging on time.

I've contacted UGOPlayer and told them you will be sending them your address and invoice so they can send you your separate check, I'll PM you their email.

Also, I've been working significantly harder on this game in the past weeks than you have, I've been sorting out the agreement and terms, while you've been sitting around asking daily for any updates.

Also, stop being a whore.

first off you open up with somehting like 60/40 or similar im sure of the exact number but it was close to that, however i raised it 50/50 with moochi ads going to you.

but since they would not alo moohciads you get 55/45

also you cant blame me for logging in when i do, i log in when i get home from school thats the best i can do.

also i would go through all the contacting my self, but you seemed like you were eager to do it.and if i had done it all myself i wouldnt have used it as a bargaining chip to say i deserve more money.

further more this is nothing but a WARNING it s a suspicion nothing more,

Unless you have the complete rights to sell the game. Essentialy, the agreement is with you and UGO, where you are the rightful owner of the game and have the rights to sell it. basicly all youve been creating is the same old shit over and over and over, its been done to death man create a new series

criticism so it dosent get flagged:
i suggest using a higher frame rate, the movements look choppy,
also the flash wasnt funny, and i had a feeling it was suppose to be , spend more time on your writeing.

that has tonbe the easiest question anyone has ever asked me, honeslty i was foamy fan way back when it was new.
