First off, we had originally planned it to be 50/50 with MochiAds, but now as those aren't gonna be in it, it was made 55/45 - The higher 55 going to me.

I've tried to convince UGO to send it via PayPal, hell, contact them yourself if you want, it might actually convince them more to use PayPal if you make them worry about accidentally ruining my reputation as a developer becuase of their inconveniance.

I offered to have the check sent to me as it would be easier for me to then share the money, plus you'd have to write an extra invoice and all that shit. Also, I had to go then because, as you know perfectly well, your "morning" logging-on time, is usually my "30 seconds to reply to any important emails before I go to bed at midnight when everyone is sleeping" logging on time.

I've contacted UGOPlayer and told them you will be sending them your address and invoice so they can send you your separate check, I'll PM you their email.

Also, I've been working significantly harder on this game in the past weeks than you have, I've been sorting out the agreement and terms, while you've been sitting around asking daily for any updates.

Also, stop being a whore.

Unless you have the complete rights to sell the game. Essentialy, the agreement is with you and UGO, where you are the rightful owner of the game and have the rights to sell it. If you have people helping you, we need to make sure that you have the right to sell it. We should include them in the contract, however the payment would be made just to you. "

basicly all youve been creating is the same old shit over and over and over, its been done to death man create a new series

criticism so it dosent get flagged:
i suggest using a higher frame rate, the movements look choppy,
also the flash wasnt funny, and i had a feeling it was suppose to be , spend more time on your writeing.
